Descriptions of Ultra Agents, the DEVUPP App, training, and consulting describe how we work. They are not a promise that a project will ship on a date, at a cost, or with a specific quality. Software work depends on your requirements, access, existing systems, and decisions.

Industry statistics

Where we cite figures (for example Standish Group CHAOS project outcomes, IBM / McConnell / Boehm on the cost of late defects, GitHub Copilot productivity research, Gartner on turnover impact, or SHRM on replacement cost), those figures come from third-party publications. They are rounded, may be dated, and may not apply to your situation. They are not measurements of DEVUPP engagements. Notes on product pages list the sources we used.

AI and hybrid teams

AI agents can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. An Ultra Agent includes a human operator for a reason. You remain responsible for reviewing work before you use it in production. “Top 2%” describes our selection standard, not a certified ranking by an independent body.

Character Sheets and the App

Character Sheets and workforce views are tools for visibility. They are not a substitute for your own HR, security, or compliance processes. Availability of the App may vary during development and onboarding.
