Agreement
By using devupp.com (the “Site”) or purchasing DEVUPP services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms are between you and DEVUPP (“we,” “us”).
The Site
The Site is for information about Ultra Agents, the DEVUPP App (also referred to as DEVUPP Mobile), training, and consulting. Content may change without notice. We may suspend or stop the Site at any time.
Accounts and purchases
Shop purchases (including Ultra Agent packages and training) are processed through WooCommerce. You are responsible for the accuracy of billing information. Subscription and package descriptions on product pages control the commercial terms of those purchases. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless marked otherwise.
Services
Ultra Agents, training, and consulting are professional services. Delivery depends on information you provide, access you grant, and the scope you buy. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or that software we help you build will be error-free.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt to break security, scrape the Site in a way that harms it, or use our services for unlawful work. You retain rights to your materials; you grant us a limited license to use them as needed to deliver the services you request.
Intellectual property
DEVUPP, Ultra Agent, Character Sheet, Design Down, Develop Up, and related marks and Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them except as allowed by law or written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEVUPP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the Site or services. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
