An Ultra Agent is a technical professional (onshore, nearshore, or offshore) selected from the top 2% of candidates and trained specifically for your engagement. Training is not a one-time onboarding — it is ongoing and integrated into their daily work schedule.
Every Ultra Agent receives specialized training in:
- Your client domain and industry knowledge
- The exact technical stack they will use on your projects
- Core soft skills (communication, estimation, honesty about blockers, accountability)
- Continuous research into innovations relevant to your work
Maturity Levels
We track every Ultra Agent through clear maturity levels (Class 1 Beginner through Class 5 Expert). Clients see progress, completed projects, and growth via the Character Sheet in the DEVUPP App.
